The C A Site Allotted to Bangalore Institute of Engineering, the Regd. Society claiming to running this school has been cancelled for breaching all kinds of Rules and Regulations laid down by BDA, Bangalore. There is a final round of inspection to affirm the illegalities committed by this society which include Construction of the entire building without the sanctioned building plan, Amalgamation with the adjoining CA site belonging to another society in the name of NSVK without approval from BDA, NOT PROVIDING FIRE SAFETY MEASURE AND OBTAINING CLEARANCE FROM THE FIRE SAFETY DEPT, ( IN FACT IT IS VERY SERIOUS THAT IN CASE OF EMERGENCY , THERE IS NO SAFE PASSAGE FOR THE CHILDREN OR THE TEACHERS ), HAVING SWIMMING POOL INSIDE THE SCHOOL BUILDING,
ReplyDeleteThe building could be demolished based on the inspection report. ( the earlier reports by BDA officials are against the society totally ).
One single family has managed to usurp two CA sites clandestinely
The so called managent is only postponing the evil.
Similarly importing and exporting goods cannot be properly managed without the services of a company in the local area. Setting up a company requires a plethora of documents and permissions from the local authorities.. Chartered accountant in bangalore

ReplyDeleteConcerns about kids safety for junior school going kids - We are parents to class 1 child who faced absolutely bullying behavior from the school - Bangalore International Academy school (CBSE Section), Jayanagar, Bangalore - which blatantly disregards all the rules regarding children's safety. When we confronted them, they asked us to withdraw our child, with absolutely no refund, pocketing Rs.1.15 lakh in all !
The school management is actually waiting for an incident to happen, they refused to give appointment with the Principal, the Public Relations officer was absolutely rude, even the School Director was so full of himself, that he actually said "WE'LL SEE WHEN THAT HAPPENS !"
Our written letter did not get any response, where we had raised the following:
1. No escort(male/female) for kids in Transport Vehicles; only driver/cleaner.
2. Overcrowding of children in Transport.
3. No escort for kids to the bus(which is on the main road).
4. Extremely unhygienic toilets.
5. Insufficient female swimming staff for girl children.
6. Mistreated(beat) the child after we made the written complaint.
Most parents keep quiet for the fear of raising these issues to avoid kids being mistreated. The standard answer of the school management is - we have trained driver/cleaners; nothing has happened so far, when it happens we will see; only your the parents who appear troubled and no one else complaints...
When asked that the school brochure has listed out all these as the facilities provided, the response was "WE HAVE TO WRITE THIS STUFF TO GET PARENTS LIKE YOU TO ADMIT THEIR KIDS !"
Can something be done about these businesses in the garb of educational institutions? Do we wait another day, when another incident happens? Till when parents like us be taken like a ride by fake brochures & swindling our money without providing for our kids safety?
